If so, I wonder how would Indian officials know which (foreign) company runs a particular website, and who are its share holders?
But if there is an international investigation, or investigation in the country of incorporation, your name can get exposed, then (like other people said) you could be charged under any sections.
Why do you want to run a porn site? Is there a shortage of porn? You do realize that only one company owns all the porn sites across the world right? You are challenging a monopoly. You should investigate how it became a monopoly, and why no one else is challenging the monopoly, and what happened to people who challenged the monopoly.

UI think that is their strategy. A lawyer will cost time and money. A public prosecutor will cost just time, but still, there is the cost of travel to court as well. Maybe they are asking an amount that is slightly less than the time and money cost of challenging it in court.UThey managed it by prevention. There was no financial motivation for false cases, judiciary considered facts rather than gender of accuser/accused to proceed with trials.
