January 25, 2025 at 4:57 pmVery poor decision to delete proof. He’ll regret if things come out.Try to get back whatever she has deleted by using some data recovery software which she can download. If she didn’t delete it long ago, she’ll be able to recover much data.

January 25, 2025 at 9:26 amNALSeems like ignoring the legal notice would be the best course of action here. It’ll save money and since she has all the proof, she can later move ahead with a lawyer if things go south.
Just tell her to keep multiple backups of all the chats, recordings and proofs in cloud storages and physical storages.

Get alwayers and take your grandparents to file physical and mental harrasment case against the aunt.Generally Mental and physical harassment of senior citizens is considered above domestic violence by the courts.

File an FIR for Domestic Violence as soon as possible. Get a full body medical examination from a government hospital so that your injuries are documented. Then, hire a good lawyer. He’ll get you the money to make you independent and take his commission from that.

January 23, 2025 at 1:09 pmRun away. Change your number. Tell your parents that you’ll not pick their calls. Block their contact. Do any legal thing but don’t get married like this. You’ll come to regret it. No affidavits, no video/audio recordings will work in front of the court. Your parents’ house will go, your half or one-third salary will go. Your investments will go.
Don’t fall into this. Stop talking to your parents.

January 20, 2025 at 5:33 amIt won’t be your time which will get wasted in court hearings. If you have proof of Domestic Violence, then there’s NO WAY he’ll get custody of kids and there’s NO WAY he can avoid paying interim maintenance immediately.Hire a good lawyer. Get the dowry back, you’ll even get part of the house you were living in, which you can sell later. You’ll get maintenance for yourself, kids.
But he might have to go to prison if Domestic Violence is proved. Beware!

January 19, 2025 at 11:42 amBefore reporting, GATHER EVIDENCE. It can be turned against you if you don’t have evidence of rape threat.Without that, you only have evidence of eve-teasing like things. If you don’t have evidence, the senior who told you about the threat should be used as a witness. The more witnesses, the better.
Also, when talking to this senior who told you about the threat, record the phone conversations so that if he changes his testimony later, you can use that recording as proof.
Have him explain the threat and situation in detail and voice record secretly.UUrbanknight9782
