My question is hypothetical and was intended to serve as a analogy that some situations increase risk of certain outcomes and it is somewhat in our responsibility and control to avoid/minimize risk of those situations.
UIf I were to ask this question… if it was a guy wearing thick gold chains and expensive watch etc walking around a rough neighborhood drunk…and he gets robbed of his stuff… Would you ascribe some amount of responsibility on this guy?ps: Robbery is a crime of course and obviously it is responsibility of our govt to cities safer, etc etc.

Just curious… were the kids indeed causing a disturbance ? Can other residents have reasonable expectation of not being subjected to a disturbance. Did the photos outrage the modesty or invade the privacy of the subjects in any way ? Certainly it was wrong to share in a group rather than make a complaint to the society, but before escalating it into a legal matter (which doesn’t help anyone – people forget that the petitioner/complainant also needs to run around the court system) it sometimes helps to take our own egos out of the equation and look at it from the other persons perspective.UNAL.
