UYes and no. Since the loan was in OPs fathers name , bank cant give the gold to anyone else. Even with nominee, the value is too high for the bank to handover to nominee. Therefore, succession/ legal heirship certificate required. Mistake from banks part is the couldn’t explain clearly to OPUBanker here.. Bank is right due to the valuation of gold involved. And court doesn’t issue succession/ legal heirship certificates, your village/ municipal office does. Also since multiple heirs are involved, you will need to authorise one of the heirs to recieve the gold and also sign an indemnity bond too.UMight be a scam… Someone made a fake profile of my cousin and asked for money to multiple family member’s. Kolkata real estate is kinda cheap, if you are looking into apartments. I bought a 3 BHK with covered parking for an all inclusive of 40Lakhs.
My advice to you is , don’t take risks. Widen your horizon and you may get better apartments.
UTell him to do a clean reinstall and update the graphics driver. In case he is asking for a refund, tell him you’ll pay him back the amount ,minus the amount you gave as discount for him..UTheir customer care is useless to a point. I sent them a mail for cancellation and they delayed it till the next billing date. Then they had the balls to ask me to clear the dues before termination. I tore them a new one and threatened escalation with TRAI. Terminated the next day. You can send them an email with the initial date and ask them to refund the remaining balance. Keep a mail track.UI had a similar situation, but the installation guy was smart , he told me jio takes forever to process relocation, he just asked me to cancel and apply for a new connection. He was the one who spoke to customer care, and closed the previous connection. And I got a new connection at the same time.. plus I used his referral and got one month free… Ironically, I closed the connection after some months and that was cumbersome.
