January 14, 2025 at 5:07 amNot a lawyer but i think if you agreed to their policy while buying the course there isn’t anything you can do about itMy perspective is that you have already bought the course, only thing is that you’re paying in installments. It’s not like that it is a monthly fees for the course that you can unenroll from.
Maybe try finding someone who’s interested in the course and give him access in exchange of paying the money.

January 12, 2025 at 5:02 pmNot a lawyer, learnt below stuff from law related youtube channels:If you’re a single child, transferring the ownership to your mother will not help in anyway because ultimately the property will come to you.
Now you will say they can write a will and exclude you. Yes you can but the courts may see it as an attempt to reduce your alimony.
More info: she can’t directly just claim your property as her own. You will continue to own your properties, only they will be used to assess your net worth to decide alimony/maintenance.
She can get you and your parents expelled from her matrimonial home if she files a domestic violence complaint.
Lastly, things that matter in deciding alimony include: your assets and liabilities, her assets and liabilities, your income, her income, the lifestyle you two were having during marriage.

January 12, 2025 at 8:26 amI’m sorry if my example was technically incorrect. I’m not a lawyer or law student. Maybe we can take another example like, we have freedom of speech but it does not mean we can use that to defame others, or speak ill of someone to hurt them. In that way, our right is limited in a way that it does not bother someone else. This is what I’m trying to say.January 11, 2025 at 12:10 pm in reply to: A neighbour has installed CCTV camera that infringes on the right of my privacy. #76510UUser_90aa8ea7

January 11, 2025 at 12:09 pmNah bro her issue is valid. You can’t do something that violates someone else’s rights. Any of them. For the same reason smoking is banned in public spaces, because it violates your right to life because it directly affects your health. Understand?

January 11, 2025 at 11:45 amI think if anything the only problem you may face with getting your son’s full custody would be your going to abroad part. Otherwise, the courts generally prefer to give custody to the mothers. Even in cases where the mother is an immoral person ๐Nonetheless, good luck to you. So sorry you ended up with a shitty husband.

January 11, 2025 at 11:34 amYes this is a common tactic by people who try to take control of other’s properties they had been renting. So sad that you had to face an incompetent judge. Just go to a higher court, the moment your case finds the right judge your problems will be solved and your pending money will also be given back to you. Find a better lawyer too if you think your current one is incompetent
