May 5, 2025 at 1:03 pmUsually not required. But you need to raise chargeback ASAP as there is a liability clause. Don’t wait for this.VVedanthero261

May 5, 2025 at 12:55 pmYou need to issue a chargeback on the card. Also block the card as it seems to have been skimmed from some database. No other way. (You most likely going to experience same thing again if its a data breach for this card).VVedanthero261

April 29, 2025 at 12:33 amI used to think the same. But after going through the process of N400 it’s otherwise. Even in case of dual citizenship, you lose your first citizenship and need to apply to reacquire it.I know this because currently we are going through this same process and it’s confirmed by her embassy (as she is allowed dual citizenship if she wants to retain, but will need to reapply for her original citizenship again)VVedanthero261

April 28, 2025 at 2:01 pm+1 When you acquire another citizenship, you lose existing citizenship. In OPs case once he gets Indian citizenship, he will automatically lose Sri Lankan citizenship.April 23, 2025 at 3:31 pm in reply to: Company is asking me to sign a bond for 2 years with a security cheque of 3 lakhs #9459VVedanthero261

April 23, 2025 at 3:31 pmDo not do that. You do not know whether you will like that company and stay with it for more than one year. It’s completely fine to not have offer initially and explore the market for job but don’t tie your hands with such company.VVedanthero261

April 19, 2025 at 2:50 amI got married to my wife in Seychelles. Their process was super smooth. Once you get married you need the certificate to be apostilled and then an embassy stamp on it. The whole process takes 2-3 days.April 7, 2025 at 5:31 pm in reply to: Passport getting rejected- for parentโs birth certificate? Please help! #19530VVedanthero261

April 7, 2025 at 1:51 pmYour passport can still be processed even after Adverse report from the police. Usually this happens for the residential proof. However in OPs case I am unsure as this is a new law due to CAA implementation.March 28, 2025 at 4:05 am in reply to: Indian citizens got married in USA – how to register marriage in India? #26045VVedanthero261

March 28, 2025 at 4:05 amI got married in Seychelles and had apostilled the marriage certificate. Took it to the Indian embassy and they made a note of it with an Indian embassy stamp. We are able to use our marriage certificate in India. There is no other registration process.VVedanthero261

February 20, 2025 at 5:04 amBooking form is not same as registration. Nothing is fixed until you do registration of the house. Legally you are not bound to buy the house. However, I don’t know the consequences of the cheque bounce. Check for Krishnaraj Rao on youtube or you can contact him, he will be a better person to guide you regarding real estate. -
