VYes that’s legal. The law does not specify the notice period. It’s agreed upon by the employer and the employee. And since you’re working for this company, you would have already signed the appointment letter where these policies would be mentioned.VNAL but I don’t think there’s any law which mandates an employer to share the medical report of an employee with them. Your employer has paid for your medical test for their own purpose. If you didn’t want to share your personal details with them, you should have denied to undergo their sponsored test. Sharing the report does not mean that they will not retain the report with them. If you want your test report then pay and get your own test done.VNo it’s not illegal and you can’t report it unless he has tried to harm you in any way due to this.

Have you absconded or not served the notice period? In that case they have to pay deduct the amount for losses or damages caused due to this and then pay the remaining amount to you.
