Send them a legal notice and then google your local commissioners office address and file a written complaint along with all the documents and copy of legal notice.

              Lawyer from delhi here.

We need the story from the client and then frame it into a proper legal language and arguments. So if it is for that, this is correct but if he is a good lawyer and has all the documents of the case, he should be the one doing it. That’s what I do at least.

Don’t panic just go to the local district court on national lok Adalat day and it will be settled at a very lesser amount.

First of all submit a police complaint with local police and send a copy to the deputy commissioner and commissioner of police.

Also send a copy to the chief minister’s office.

Then file a suit for title declaration and demarcation of the property in the local district/civil court.

Loans can be given on interest only by banks, registered nbfcs, licensed investors and other govt regulated bodies and a complaint can also be filed with the economic offence wing, RBI and Income tax department and use this as a leverage to settle the matter.

This will put all the nails in the coffin so tight and hard that no matter how powerful the person is, he will have to bow down.

You can try what the other friend of mine said or you can also explore arbitration or an application for liquidation with the NCLT.

As audits are not being done properly you can also send a complaint to the auditor general being the shareholder of the company.

Suit for rendition of accounts, recovery are other legal remedies.

But send them a legal notice immediately as demand notice for the respective amount of money.

Let me know if you need help!

Yes, denying your partner of sexual intimacy does amounts to mental cruelty and can be a valid ground of divorce but it is really hard to prove in court. How do you plan to go about it?

Your employer cannot insist or force you to resign because of pregnancy and if they do so, you can submit a complaint to the national commission of women, state commission of women, ministry of women and child welfare, Ministry of corporate affairs and to the local labour commissioner. Thue should be all.
You can email them your complaint.

Dowry is illegal in India and if demand is made a complaint can be filed with the local police station.

You should try and get their demands recorded either in words, audio or video.

If you don’t have these then witnesses can help proving the demand for dowry.

As you said your sister is being treated badly she can also file a complaint for domestic voilence on the pretext of curelty, mental and physical harassment.

This should suffice, consult a local lawyer and in case you wish to discuss in details feel free to reach out.
