VLawyer from delhi here!They will not send copy of complaint. If FIR is lodged asked them to send copy of FIR. Ask them to send you notice or summons to appear before the concerned police station. Then only you will appear and also inform them you are recording the call.
Also ask for the police station they are from and call the police station to inquire or let me know, I’ll go and confirm.
