Oh my bad, i assumed she has not lived with you for 5 years. Read it wrong, if it’s been just a month, then desertion can’t be used as that requires two years of separation.

In order to guide and assist you better, i will need some more details to see on which grounds you can file for divorce.

            Lawyer from delhi here!

That could be easily done. As she has moved out, you can file for divorce on the ground of desertion.

Regarding custody, that will not be very hard to be get.

Just a piece of advice, hire a good lawyer!

That’s not the procedure, ask them to send the notice on WhatsApp.

                  Lawyer from delhi here!

They will not send copy of complaint. If FIR is lodged asked them to send copy of FIR. Ask them to send you notice or summons to appear before the concerned police station. Then only you will appear and also inform them you are recording the call.

Also ask for the police station they are from and call the police station to inquire or let me know, I’ll go and confirm.

If you are sure of the mutation is not done. Then you can file a police complaint for fraud and cheating and once FIR is done. You’ll surely get your money back.

If you wish to discuss in more detail feel free to reach out.

                            3. 4 pp photos.

                            5. Copy of tenth marksheet.

You can request them, as you are not available physically, you can be communicated virtually or through a relative and it will be advisable to engage a lawyer for this asap.

the best remedy would be to file an e-fir against your brother and mother and then file a protection petition in high court, seeking protection from your brother and mother, as they can misuse your documents which can likely cause a lot of trouble to you and can even ruin your life and career.

Also sent a hand written complaint to the local police station, Dy.CP and Commisioner of Police.

As they have your property papers, stay on any sale and purchase as they can create third party rights by committing fraud, but anyway won’t be able to get the property transferred. Also you can get certified copies of your documents from the Sub registrar office of your jurisdiction.
