Try to avoid legal system as a man and opt for out of court amicable settlement. That means the terms should be agreed and then finally you present your case for mutual consent and get the legal sanction. Do not skip this.

Once you go to court and start fighting, there’s too much to lose and I’m not talking about money here.

As for stress management, all you can do is do your best ie be prepared to the maximum extent possible and leave the rest as you have no control on the outcome.

There’s a provision of “petitioner in person”.

However, please note that you need to be on the ball and have everything in order because judges like to roast non-lawyers.

You need to not only know how to present your case in court, but also the back end stuff like filing, ahlmad etc.

You are asking two separate things ie registered WILL and secondly divorce decree ?
WILL is a bit tricky as the witness must be reliable in case the WILL is challenged and only the witness can prove it’s execution.

Try to find some trusted person for this

Regarding the divorce decree part, ask your lawyer. There are witnesses for hire, these guys know where to find them.

That’s what op is trying to do. Coming in for a free ride.
Don’t give him any legal advice to facilitate the legal theft of what isn’t his.

You should be happy with what you have
Your Nana’s property is culturally his sons’ property. Laws aren’t always correct.
Your mother’s account was settled at the time of marriage, don’t be greedy by misusing the laws.
Have some shame. It’s one flat with 3 shareholders already.

The settlement deed executed by their predecessor (her mother) is completely binding and would act as a complete estoppel to any further proceedings on the same subject matter (estate of grandparents).

File an application before the district judge stating that you have lost faith in the presiding officer and would like to change.
Most likely it will get rejected and your case will go back to the same court, but it will buy some time. After this if you really want to drag it you can appeal the application in high court/supreme court. Your chances of success are slim, but by the time it’s decided judge may get transferred and in the interim period your trial would get stayed.

This indian kanoon seems like a real pest. His SEO is also good so one of the first results when you google someone.

Right to be forgotten is a necessity in this digital age.

Your father passed 2 years ago.

Don’t you think his clients would have moved on by now?

Just ignore the messages since you can’t do anything (they’re from the court registry automated)
