Byeah usually these things don’t cost much, prolly under 5k,like when i had made my drivers license 5-6 years back, I went the full honest legal route, no-agent bribes and shiz. costed my 20% of what was demanded. but took time and had to attend all the tests and pass them.

the thing is to remember is no fir, no charges, no legal notice Means no need to play by their rules. of-course they might say we had sent the notice through sms and other made-up bluffs but don’t need to heed them.
