March 16, 2025 at 5:08 amWhat was your work profile and designation when you left/resigned? If you fit within the definition of “workmen” you can go to labour court, otherwise it’s regular civil court. Do send a legal notice before you file anything.CCalmeagle9213

March 12, 2025 at 7:43 amI agree. There are so many taxes taken from us, we should not be paying anything, but nothing can be done.March 12, 2025 at 6:09 am in reply to: Is it legal to open you own Car Toll? Aka alternative road in your own personal land beside toll on Highway? #37001CCalmeagle9213

March 12, 2025 at 6:09 amYou say it’s a highway. Is your land directly adjacent to the highway and entry to your land is directly from the highway? Well, it doesn’t matter.Secondly, toll is paid for the whole stretch of the road that is used by commuters/ or will use after paying the toll, which you have not built, the government has. So, in effect you will be doing something to prevent the government or the contractor from earning/ recovering the money it spent to build the road. This on the face of it is illegal. You are trying to benefit for someone else’s hard work.
You are thinking that you will make money as public will use your toll as it charges less. This may benefit public but it will definitely not help you. For all, you may face criminal charges as well (which is also legally possible) given your actions. Some may also call it a scam to defraud the government and the contractor.

March 5, 2025 at 7:33 amDid you go and meet any officer after that? The PSU don’t work well with emails. Also there may be other formalities that need to be done for this request. Best is to go and check in person. This is not the stage to go legal.I am a lawyer.

February 27, 2025 at 9:10 pmIt looks like there is a POSH Complaint against you. Also, whoever is advising you not to sign the NDA is definitely not aware of the process under a POSH Complaint. This is standard procedure required under the POSH Act. Also, your lawyer cannot represent you before the POSH Committee hearings.
Even if it’s not a POSH Complaint, this is a standard procedure. So sign it.

February 27, 2025 at 3:06 amI think you missed the part where our beloved OP made a fake FIR and sent it to the “doctor” thereby committing a serious offence himself.CCalmeagle9213

February 27, 2025 at 3:04 amWhat phone was it? Has to be a very high end phone which was advertised as selling for cheap.Anyway, firstly, a very misleading title. Secondly, by preparing a fake FIR you have committed a cognizable offence under BNS. If it ever comes to light you may do some jail time and at the least spend 10 times the money you have sent to make the case against you go away.
If you would not have made the fake FIR, I would have suggested filing an FIR for cheating, but for 30k it’s not worth it TBH.
So just forget about it. Let this be a life lesson to you.

February 26, 2025 at 3:34 amYou have absolutely no case. These kind of offers keep on popping up every now and then. You just have bad luck. Can’t take someone to court for that. But if you still want to go ahead, you should file a consumer case for deficiency in services by the showroom by not telling you what will happen in the future. Help a lawyer make some money in this process. God will bless you for this.
