April 14, 2025 at 10:53 amI’m a Delhi based lawyer, with an extensive experience in matrimonial disputes. Any specific reason why you wish to annul the marriage and not go for a mutual divorce? The latter is less complicated.DDesiknight9081

April 13, 2025 at 6:08 pmHi. I’m a lawyer here. Everything apart, under law, even though there is no limitation period to file a police complaint, there are limitations for courts to take cognizance of certain offences after a certain period. For theft, it’s three years. Ideally, a complaint should be filed at the earliest possible, so even if you decide to go ahead, please ensure you have an explanation to the why of it.April 13, 2025 at 3:28 pm in reply to: Domestic violence and Financial abuse advice for a relative #15724DDesiknight9081

April 13, 2025 at 5:41 amGo meet the dealer. Best to forget about the legal route, unless you feel absolutely cheated. Because the legal route isn’t free and unless the relief you’re seeking is slightly high, no point going that way.DDesiknight9081

April 13, 2025 at 3:27 amHi. I’m a lawyer here. You can totally sue them, if you’ve got enough evidence. It’s a case of extreme negligence and deficiency in service. You can either file it yourself or engage a lawyer, to aptly draft a complaint and present your case before the District Commission. The first step is to either send a legal notice or straightaway draft and file a complaint along with proof.DDesiknight9081
