February 27, 2025 at 4:36 pmCall a child protection helpline or the police. Don’t wait for someone else to step up. If the girls are willing, gather statements or recordings. Even small details can help. Some organizations fight for children’s safety. They can step in where parents won’t.EExpertsarita7289

February 25, 2025 at 2:31 pmYou’re right i guess, consumer court is for product/services disputes, so this is a civil matter. The police might help if you frame it as fraud or breach of trust, but for real action, you’d need to file a case in civil court.EExpertsarita7289

February 25, 2025 at 2:17 pmHe’s changing the rules after taking your money. That’s not fair. Since you have recordings, tell him firmly you’ll take legal action if he doesn’t return the deposit. If he still refuses? File a police complaint or take it to the consumer court. Most landlords back off when they realize you’re serious.EExpertsarita7289

February 25, 2025 at 8:46 amYour bank account and phone number were likely flagged due to the cybercrime report, even though it was withdrawn. Since your SIM was originally in someone else’s name, that might have added to the issue. Visit your bank and Jio office with ID proof and explain the situation.EExpertsarita7289

February 24, 2025 at 4:41 pmDon’t take the complaint back. The FIR is already closed, and you did nothing wrong. If he really wants to refund, he can do it directly. His threat about filing a complaint against you is just pressure tactics. Your account won’t get frozen unless there’s actual fraud, which isn’t the case here. Stay firm. -
