No, there is no such GO. Don’t illegally block or occupy public roads giving reasons.

Legally, no option for you. But your advantage(disadvantage till now) is that you are FAMILY. Your mother should start playing the victim that she is in front of all the relatives in each and every function in your family circles. Name and shame them. Warn about their nature. Build up additional stories as to how they conned you and took jewellery from your mother saying they will return with a week and escaped with it(eg). Nothing will irritate and shame them more than this.

Not saying this will definitely work but has its chances.

“A” has no legal standpoint. Can delay but eventually have to vacate.

Someone is staring at a women and can she do anything? No. It’s Public place and people are allowed to. Morally wrong and can get into argument but legally nothing much u can do

Gropes a woman in public. Then definitely “Appropriate” force can be used to stop him. Beating him so much so u can get away to a safe distance from him or pepper spray him so u have enough time to get away from him. Also it is followed with legal repercussions on him.

Now, coming to raping a women, courts have ruled in the past that even stabbing a man which may in future result in his death is allowed under self defence when under this circumstance. Note that it’s one or two stab to get away and not 10 to 20 with an intent to kill him.

Not in this day and age. All assets are divided equally but responsibility is not shared equally. Even in my case my sister hardly does any work around the house or brings in groceries for the house but when it comes to asset division my parents have already decided who will get what equally. Mind you, she works in a good MNC.

How shameful. When it comes to taking care of their own parents they back out but when it comes to sharing of property they want equal halves or even more as in this case

WHAT?? U paid till November 2023 but took loan only in October 2023. So u paid interest for 1 WHOLE month?
Have taken the money na, then get together a plan and in agreement with her return it. Request her not to charge interest as u are in a tough spot and do return her money

Either get that daughter on their side and fight legally against him or let go of both of them and have zero contact with them.

Definitely a case of dowry, but the parents paid dowry for a big reason. Saying as I see it.

Not a lawyer but a query on this. Can’t OP not use this money but gain interest from this amount? When caught he can return the principal.

1 was once told having 1+ email ID is illegal per IT act and was harassed. All this happened because I complained on them through twitter on my local area police corrupt practices through my fake secondary account.
