February 15, 2025 at 3:01 pmIn US, the plate is tied to the owner and he simply removes his plate during sale. He can transfer it to another car. So the buyer has to get a new plate or will be fined for driving without plate. February 12, 2025 at 1:43 pmIf SC has passed and order, there is something that has happened as SC normally reviews the land records before giving a judgement. I am sure you can find a copy of judgement online which might give you an idea of how this happened. Since this involves 500 acres, the government is definitely involved. I have lend money to friends in the past and I literally had to beg for it back. So I no longer lend money to anyone. -
