PBy tarnish if you mean sheâs telling everyone the truth, then I donât think thereâs any legal way to hide it. As per your post the only wrong thing sheâs doing is a fake fb account1. You can file a defamation case if sheâs lying.
2. You can report her Facebook shenanigans, Facebook will act faster than the court. May be an FIR.PNALEasiest way to resolve it & hide it is to pay her off. Get a lawyer, arrange a settlement, add all your conditions, no contact, no social media etc & have it signed and concluded.
If you want to go to trial, itâs a little tricky because thereâs some grey area there. Under Hindu law multiple marriages arenât recognised but the court will also not leave an unemployed old lady on the streets. Youâd still win this case with a good lawyer, but it may aggravate her to publicise her relations with your father

– Best option – student visa. Enroll into some course in India. Restrictions on work permits.
– Work visa – get any job in India, itâs applied by your employer in India.
– Business visa – start a business in India.
Based on whatever visa you apply, prepare yourself for the interview. Donât say you want to permanently settle in India when youâre applying for a student or work visa.

They claim to repair or replace the same model. In this case, if that model is out of production or doesnât exist anymore, they get an escape.
Ideally the govt will have to intervene and ask these brands to either replace it with whatever the latest version is no matter what. Or stop giving out such poorly worded warranties to dupe customers and be more transparent with it.

File a case against the college and the state for harassment, threat to kill, half murder.

She has a recording of you, thatâs solid evidence against you for the police to register an FIR for misdemeanour. which will show up in background verification everytime you join any company.
