Send the death certificate to the bank along with a letter stating as per their own regulations and rules, on death of a credit card holder they cannot demand payment from survivors. Close the letter with a threat that if they continue sending goondas to your place, you will file a sexual harrasment case personally against the head of credit card division.SSilentrajnish997

Collect all the current payslips and on last day send mail on top of your original mail to your HR head and managers that today’s your last day and you expect the full and final settlement to sent to your address without delay.
