No. Only in exceptional cases and those really wont go through unless you have a solid case or jack inside judicial system.
The answer is No for 99% of the case.

        NAL.

Filing for contested divorce was a bad move and in 99% cases, they are countered with DV and 498A case. Anyway your lawyer should have guided you better.

Your best path would be to make effort to convince her to agree for mutual divorce, and hope she aligns with you. The idea is to push this idea with a approach of mutual benefit rather than your own. Given our courts hardly do any work in family matters, unless its a mutual divorce case where they just need to sign. Hail our judges. Also mutual divorce is also driven heavily by wife consent and agreement.

To do this, try taking her distance relatives, or parents in confidence. The idea of their daughter be able to find a better partner, and settle her family can be a good motivation for her parents. At no point lose your cool, and point her mistakes of the past. Hopefully this works. If not, then contested anyway is going on and will go on for years.
        All the best.

visit local clinic and get things done. dont wait this out. Fight the formal/legal case later though i wont recommend, since its simply a waste of time

Follow law of the land, simple.
Not everything is about feminism and gender discrimination.
Did you ever posted about male stag entry being denied in almost all pubs across every metro cities (while couples and female stags allowed). They dont have any real logic.

The point being you follow the law of the land. Also as stated by someone in comments, each temple has a backstory and some rituals, let them follow that. Be respectful. Its as simple as that. Nothing more nothing less.

a simple google and government sites provide this info in bold. Its a well known fact. This is done to protect female child from potential abuse.

yes equally frustrated. This shows extreme level of incompetency of our police system. We have to resort to truecaller and what not to stay vigilant. Privacy is breached by bank folks itself. We are already fed up with cold calling by sales folks. No relief on any front.

i dont think so, beneficiary is only entitled to claim in case of the said event. Anything apart from that will be handled by proposer or the insured.

so i read somewhere that if you surrender the poicy while its being in force, then there is a refund which is mandated by irdai (with some usual deduction). Try digging into it. MWP wont let you change it, so policy is a waste. Atleast see if you can salvage some amount in refund.

bro please for the god sake take a stand. Why are you creating issues that are non existent. Also why is the girl agreeing to this. Please cancel this engagement and marry when you are in right state of mind.

If you are concerned about her taking donation while working on a social cause that no one talks about – you are the problem bro.
In a time where even SC has discarded the petition to form Men’s commission, you should be thankful that someone is willing to help.
I guess there are only selected few who are working actively on ground. Sure they cant help all, but the point is they help where they can.

i hope the property is rera registered. Please simply file a case with rera.
Booking amount is refundable and filing rera complaint should be your first step.

If she doesnt appear in court, or appear and deny her consent in final questioning with judge – there is nothing you can do about it. In mutual cases, courts/judges dont interfere at all.

I suggest not to lose cool, but try to persuade her. Also if she doesnt come tomorrow, then a new extension can be taken easily. Ensure your friend appears in the court for getting a new date.
This is indeed a tricky situation, handle with patience. You need her to be rationale because nothing comes good if she backs off or doesnt cooperate.
