February 21, 2025 at 9:49 amThere’s no reasonable expectation of privacy in a public space. This was not public space, this was private space paid for by the co-owners of the building. There is expectation of privacy in a private gated building with a guard posted at the entrance. That’s, in fact, the definition of privacy.UUser_44aeded4

February 21, 2025 at 9:46 amDo you know the terms of the loan? Was you father’s property put up as collateral for the loan? What did the other brothers put up as collateral?5 brothers took loan, your father’s portion of the loan was 1/5. If you are inheriting your father’s property, then his portion of the loan – 1/5 will need to be paid first from his property. Since you inherit his property you can sell it and pay his share or you can have th bank sell the property, take their 1/5 portion and send the remaining to you. You can work with the bank to work out what works best.
Work with a lawyer to make sure the bank understands that your inheritance will not pay the entire loan back, your inheritance will only pay 1/5 of the loan amount. Loan documents will have to be checked to figure out how many brothers signed the loan agreement, what was the split, how were interest payments made, what collateral was put up, etc

February 21, 2025 at 9:01 am1. You should not have gone back to apologize. As you are a member of the WhatsApp group, you should have justified your actions as an owner in the building.2. You should have rebuked her for taking video of an owner without their permission and sharing it in public without your permission.
3. The more to cater to the wishes of these bhen-ji types, the more powerful they feel and more crazy they act. Your response should be calibrated to take power away from them, not give them more power.
If all else fails, tell her to go F herself.

February 18, 2025 at 11:16 amBy intimate, you mean you fucked a stripper in the US?I mean, it’s not the end of the world. India and Indians generally don’t have respect for other people so I can imagine an Indian response being ‘hai, nachne wali ko thoka”.
At the end of the day, strippers are also human. They’re in the business of selling and you bought it. It’s not the end of the world. Just have respect for other human beings.
Don’t let anyone embarrass or blackmail you for something like that. If your girlfriend thinks less of strippers because of their profession, time to.change your gf.

The police is under no obligation to help you even after taking a bribe from you. What will you do? Go to court and complain that police took bribe and didn’t do what he promised?

February 16, 2025 at 5:25 pmI agree with you 1000%. I’m a free speech extremist as well. I’m the guy who would file a case against Will Smith for punching me for mere words spoken in reference to his wife. I’m the guy who supports burning of flags, religious books, whatever you may like as a sign of protest or even circus. But that’s really besides the point and if and when it reaches the SC I hope they rule in favor of free speech — that’s really not what I’m pointing to – I’m pointing to the fact that India loves indulging these internet personalities and make them into some sort of rockstars.Ranveer can’t keep it straight – either he believes in the Indian bureaucratic process and is available for questioning OR he should say he fears he will be arrested for police and judicial incompetence. The Police, Lower courts, even high courts are not institutions that should get to decide what constitutes free speech in this country. That is only SC’s prerogative. That’s all I’m saying.
