May 4, 2025 at 10:45 amAdvocate here,The first thing to do is visit the bank and obtain the details of the complaint, such as the complaint acknowledgement number, the location of the police station where the complaint was filed, the investigating officer, layer, etc. Once you have all the details, you can hire an advocate to liaise with the concerned police station and obtain a NOC for your bank.

May 2, 2025 at 12:39 pmAdvocate here,You will first need to obtain the complaint details, such as the complaint acknowledgment number, the police station where the complaint was filed, the disputed amount, the layer, etc. After that, you will need to visit the concerned police station through an advocate and resolve the matter by providing proof of the legitimacy of the transaction. Then, you must request that they send a NOC to the bank to revoke the lien or unfreeze the account.

April 24, 2025 at 8:44 amMan, Iāve seen these posts so many times. You put them up, people give you real advice, and then you just ignore it or delete the posts. Whatās the point? If youāre not actually looking to change anything and just want to vent without taking action, thatās on you.April 24, 2025 at 8:40 am in reply to: Can we sue our relatives for all the torture they inflicted upon us by treating our family like slaves ? #9053BBraveavani9174

April 24, 2025 at 8:40 amYou’re here again, ranting about the same situation every single day without doing anything to change it. Plenty of people, including me, have given you advice on how to handle it, but you keep posting the same problems in slightly different words. If you’re not going to take anyoneās advice and just want people to validate your mindset, you’re in the wrong place. I’m telling you again go see a mental health professional.April 21, 2025 at 6:09 pm in reply to: Is a senior lawyer necessary for a cbi case which is complex? #10510BBraveavani9174

April 21, 2025 at 5:05 pmAdvocate here,Man, Iāve been following your posts for quite some time now. If you’re not trolling or fishing for karma, then hereās a sincere and final piece of advice.
First, letās clear up your confusion: are you referring to a senior advocate in terms of age and experience, or specifically to a designated Senior Advocate? Because thereās a massive difference. Designated Seniors are at the pinnacle of the legal profession theyāre legal heavyweights. Their fees are astronomical, often ranging from ā¹10 to ā¹50 lakh per appearance. They donāt entertain routine trial court matters, especially for common people like you. Hiring one for your issue would be financially insane and practically unfeasible.
Now, hereās what you should actually do: go to the court where your case is from. Youāll find competent and experienced advocates who can handle your matter efficiently and without burning a hole in your pocket. Work with them.
Stop posting the same thing every day itās unproductive. And honestly, consider consulting a mental health professional. Repetitive behavior like this might be a sign of underlying issues that need attention.

April 19, 2025 at 7:29 amAdvocate here,Donāt settle for the amount theyāre offering. You can file a case with the Consumer Court itās a straightforward process, and you donāt need a lawyer. The portal is called [e-jagriti](https://e-jagriti.gov.in/), and there are plenty of detailed videos online that guide you through the entire process

April 12, 2025 at 10:10 amSorry, I don’t have any contacts there, but you can check on the eCourts. You’ll find names of advocates who have experience dealing with such cases. You can then directly visit the concerned court, find them, and approach them for a consultation. Talk to a few of them and proceed with the one you feel is best for your caseApril 12, 2025 at 9:59 am in reply to: How to find a good lawyer in a different city while working Full time? #16471BBraveavani9174

April 12, 2025 at 4:14 amWhen you engage a lawyer and pay a fee, youāre not just paying for the filing of a vakalatnama. Filing that document legally binds the lawyer to your case itās a professional commitment that creates an obligation to appear on your behalf and represent you, come what may. Even before we set foot in court, thereās background work: reading the brief, researching case law, planning arguments, anticipating the other sideās moves, and sometimes coordinating with co-counsels or clients. Thatās effort and time already spent whether the matter proceeds or not. So if the case didnāt move forward because you quit your job or the judge retired, thatās not on us. Just like if a patient cancels a surgery after youāve booked the OT, prepped the team, and blocked your calendar, you donāt refund them either you charge for preparation and loss of opportunity. And about that 7-lakh senior counsel fee. You didnāt pay that just to hear him talk in court. You paid for his name, reputation, and the sheer weight his presence carries in that courtroom even if the judge chose to shut it down. You paid for decades of expertise, not five minutes of speaking time. No one twisted your arm to hire him; you had choices. You chose the top shelf, now donāt act shocked by the price tag.
As for this idea that lawyers have a monopoly on justice nonsense. The law is open to all. If you think weāre so overpriced, go argue your own matter. File your own petition, cross-examine your own witnesses. But you wonāt because you know the risk, the complexity, and the stakes. Thatās why you call us. Same as why patients donāt self-medicate brain surgery.

April 2, 2025 at 6:23 amMost legal work that paralegals handle in other parts of the world such as drafting, research, filing, and case preparation, etc is directly managed by advocates, their juniors, interns, or clerks. There is little demand for a paralegal role. -
