April 8, 2025 at 9:36 pmHi. I’m a Delhi based lawyer. Do you have some evidence of them being liable to pay this amount? Also, their current address? For you will require the same to send a legal notice and to initiate legal proceedings such as file suit for recovery etc. You can also file a police complaint and build a case for fraud etc.DDesiknight9081

April 8, 2025 at 7:45 pmHow much time was given to them to clear the dues? If that time period has passed, you can write to them asking to comply with the order, else file an execution petition, citing non compliance.April 8, 2025 at 7:38 pm in reply to: Narrowly Saved – Urgent Legal Advice Needed Against Rapido & Ghaziabad Police Negligence #18555DDesiknight9081

April 8, 2025 at 12:16 amHonestly, it’s not Flipkart’s fault as they are not their personal delivery agents. Nor would they be aware of their conduct. You should complain to the courier company for the horrible behaviour of their delivery boys and tell them that you will be filing a police complaint against the courier company if the aforesaid isn’t taken care of.April 8, 2025 at 12:13 am in reply to: Can my company withhold my relieving letter if dont serve my notice period? April 8, 2025 at 12:13 amThis is probably the query you should put forth before your employer. And seek legal advise if even then they’re not willing to issue a relieving letter. -
