HYup. Most likely they will raise an objection at rpo level. Ur name and parents name should match between your 10th marksheet and 2 supporting docs that u attach.
You get 2-3 months to answer that objection. In that time, u can get 2 newspaper advertisements or gazette notification and submit it at rpo. They will treat it as name change and approve it. Passport department accepts newspaper advertisements as proof of name change
But ur case is a bit complicated. As there’s one more document with another name. Not really sure, what’s the best way to proceed ahead

HNALFor changing name in her passport, you will have to make an affidavit and give newspaper advertisement. Passport office accepts newspaper advertisements as proof of name change. Even if her marriage certificate mentions old name, passport office will accept that. As for police verification, most likely they will show it as a big issue and ask for bribe irrespective of you’re going forward with name change or not.
And gazette notification is accepted everywhere. But that is little more lengthy process along with costly. If u’re located in Delhi, you can think about it too
