Too late mate. You should have with held payment till you get possession.

Stop being nice give them a notice in writing to vacate in 30 days. After that head to the electricity department and temporarily disconnect the electricity connection.

If this is not done you are headed for the courts.

It’s your mother’s share of the property. By the sounds of it – it’s all done and dusted. Make plans for what you want to achieve in life.

If you don’t want to , it’s your wish. But suggest you suspended/ disconnect the connection.

request for a disconnection of service. You can also update that as the house was demolished – you will not be paying for electricity not used. You may still have to pay meter / connection charges.

Discuss your concerns with your parents. Then between the three of you you can take a call on next steps.

Your brothers habits may create more responsibilities for you. As an adult it would be advisable for your parents to lay down acceptable behaviour.

Just get out with the least possible noise. And never show this company as an employer.

Interesting place. You are technically not on their payroll or at best have almost daily wage earner status. You most likely are tagged as a contract worker, hence no benefits.
First, I hope you have an appointment letter. If you have verify that both the company and you are compliant.

Next never hand in your originals beyond the 5-10 minutes that someone may need to see them. If they want a copy offer them a certified copy.

Wrt to your employer, ask them to provide you a letter in writing so that you can show your future employer, the reason for the delay. Please ask them to list the amount requested as well, so that you can check if the next employer will give you an advance. Plus if they can give you a certified copy , ie, with clear name, title and stamp or seal of company. This will allow the next company to atleast know you are a genuine applicant.

Once you have secured this, it will validate, that you are employed, and what your compensation is, plus the company is holding your certificates.

After this you have plenty of options. You can politely ask them to give your certificates, else you will file a case with the police and labour commission. You can also inform them, that you will keep reaching out to their clients informing about their employment practices which will result in them losing their business. You can also always get a duplicate from the university.

                            Clarify the situation.

                            1. Your father wants to transfer the property to you – then he shoud execute a gift deed in your name and you register the property in your name.

                            2. You want to inherit the property after your father’s death. In this case your father should make a will naming you as the beneficiary for the property (include the property details in the will), Having a will will make it easier to complete the paperwork to transfer the property. In the absence of the will – resolving the paperwork will require more time and money.

Yep its a racket. Report it. if the pharmacist gives a different medicine – you can check it using drug databases like CIMS / MIMS. Show him that its not the same or similar formulation or ask him to put a note in his handwriting that he is giving you drug B instead of Drug A. That way at least you have some record of incorrect dispensing.

Try to avoid this tenant – you are likely to have problems down the line.

Great – but move to another place to stay. The Indian legal & criminal system is best avoided. You can also evaluate going through a consumer court – which follows an arbitration style process.
