PHi you dont have any choice but to cajole them. Legal action in UK is pretty costly…so you will lose more money chasing your elusive salary.
FInd out where they are registered wether there is any regulator which oversees their activities, or there is any way of appealing against them without spending cash

In this case did he have consent of his employer to keep the money ..NO. This guy is being dishonest from the first date when he received wrong credit..and did not have consent to keep it.. IPC Sec 378.
