UJust be glad she didn’t file a fake rape/gang-rape, unnatural sex, dowry, false promise and coersion cases on you and your family. In fact, of all the cases I’ve seen this sounds the most tame.
You’re not an Indian citizen, the marriage was not consummated, they’ve delayed and wasted enough of your time… why do you care what some corrupt asshole in a court thinks?
Get out of the country and never trust Indians again, at least as far as marriage and money matters go.

UFor bail you have to submit people who will vouch for you that you will come to court. If you don’t show and and run away, the court fines the person who voucher for you. At the time of filing a bail application the judge wants to see that the voucher has the ability to pay the fine. Hence, the FD.UWhat’s the point in reading these cases? The entire system is corrupt. The corrupt politician-business nexus will not improve the quality of air no matter how many environment laws you pass in parliament.No matter the social ill, bribery is the root cause of state of affairs in India. The EPA is not worth the paper it’s written on because there’s zero enforcement. Politicians keep getting bribed, business keep ruining the ecosystem.
UThere are 5 crores cases pending in the Indian court system.No one gives a flying fuck about an FD from 8 years ago. The judge has already fucked off into retirement earning government pension.
