Technically, all assets would be jointly owned by the husband and wife (depends a lot on your personal law i.e. religion).
Better to consult a local lawyer and see your options.

A sale deed will mean paying of almost 6% of property value as taxes/charges/duty and showing an entry equal to the value of the sale.
In case of Hindu Succession, the widow and the children naturally inherit the property without paying any duty.

You just ask the bank official if any case is ongoing.
Secondly, check with a lawyer if the correct process has been followed during the auction.

Will depend on the city where you are living.
Generally, names are recorded in revenue records and no long process of required, you only have to obtain the pedigree certificate from your local office by filing an affidavit stating all legal heirs.
Make enquiries at 2-3 places before zeroing on.

Unless you receive an actual legal notice/notice from a court you don’t have a cause for concern

I’m just stating the practical reality.
It would be a huge precedent for a court to award any money to a husband, the traditional gender roles play a huge role.

Keep copies of the tickets with you, you can file a motor accident compensation case, as well as file for mediclaim if you have a valid policy.
Also, get a copy of the police complaint filed in this case.

Ask your college to give this to you in writing, if they don’t do it then write a complaint to the AICTE and the UGC.
You always have the option to file a case of they don’t let you sit for your exam.

A complaint should be made to the Hospital Superintendent first, after which you should start further process by engaging a lawyer – you may have the option of complaining to the Consumer Forum for compensation and before the Medical Council of India as well.

Presuming you are Hindus, there is a gender neutral provision under which husbands can seek maintenance. However the provision is seldom used, and courts rarely grant any to able-bodied men, so from what you have stated in the post it doesn’t seem like you will have to give him any money.
With respect to jewellery, anything you brought yourself or at the time of marriage is yours and yours only; the same goes for your savings out of your income.
Considering the fact that you are employed and earning a good salary, you may not get entitled to maintenance, bit your husband can be asked to pay a portion of three college fee for your children.
Would advise you to cool down a little, consider seperation and not rush into divorce – meet up with lawyers, weigh your options and then proceed systematically – rushing in rarely works and divorce becomes easier when there is a period of separation.

Is your mother willing to interfere in this situation (I mean legally)?
