About the legal bit, she can file whatever she wishes to, but I think morality is a bigger concern here.DShe will only be called to court if your uncle adds her name to his list of witnesses to prove the facts of the case. She can also choose not to file her evidence. Either he can be told upfront not to add her or she can choose to not appear when it’s her turn and let her right be closed. I’m a Delhi based lawyer, and I do know a couple of good lawyers in Mumbai. Not sure what’s the fee structure you’re looking at for quashing but generally no one does it at a super minimal fee. Drafting it is hard work and it involves research, arguments etc, which is again a lot of work. So even the most reasonable lawyer will charge a bit.
