You cannot have anonymous legal action. Rape is a serious matter. To make an omelet you have to break an egg. That’s is go to the cops and complain.
There will be adverse publicity she will have to navigate.

The best situation is where you get back to the zone where you didn’t know about this. Communicating with any of the people involved will not go down positively. Plenty of husband’s and wives make up and continue life together after their affairs come out.as a child though, your relationship with your parents may get affected.
If you need to get it off your chest, talk to a counselor.

Say F off and walk away. If they take you to court they will face a lot of media scrutiny and bad press.
You may get legal notices if they have a legal team. You can ignore them. Companies with bond type policies for newbies are not great employers. Bonds are ok to recover the money spent on training you and where they are limited to the trading value. Even then there is no support for corporates legally.
If things get to court, there are a lot more things you can do.
Like make very factual statement and send it out to every customer decision maker and student body of educational institutions they hire from.
This will tarnish the image of the firm adversely and still not be defamation as you can only state facts.
On the other hand, you can withdraw your resignation, not do any work, ask for frequent meeting with your manager and HR and start discussing your suicidal and depressive feelings.be weird and eccentric enough to not break any rules but be disgusting and weird at the same time. Ask dumb questions at all team meetings. Eg will you get samosas and starbucks tea for coming for the meeting. Then act unconcerned about the response.
They will die to fire you or encourage you to exit without any strings attached.

With cops – this is a default expectation even if you had no reason to even meet with them. Find a contact who can communicate within the police network and help you out.

Avoid going to court – but if you are going to close with the cops – it will cost you money and no guarantee of success unless you have a connect – who will say that post investigation you are not a party and hence they are excluding you.

The best case scenario is the lady in question itself states this and this makes the cops position much weaker – and again depends on whether they want to make a buck of you.

Avoid going to court as you have no idea as to how things will work out. You will need a lawyer and then you need to hope he is good at getting you off. A lawyer gets paid for each time he appears – so he is in no rush for a quick resolution. Plenty of cases are dragging thanks to lawyers screwing up.

If you have even 1 PIP, you should consider moving on. Multiple PIP’s affect your credibility for senior levels.

Not a lawyer – Ask the lady in question to revise her FIR or agree to an affidavit that states that while your friend is a member of the group – she is not filing any charges against him and is also ready to state the same in court.

Someone is trying to get you worked up. Learn to ignore and move on.

If this still a problem – and the school is parking this – discuss with your parents / guardians – as this would be an act of bullying.

Time to kick them out of the house so that they run their own establishment. Update them on what they will be getting as allowances per month. Tell them they need to manage their expenses in that or develop new sources of income.

Lastly if its a family vacation its fine to fund for all those travelling together. If its for them alone – they can fund their holidays..

For a family that appears pretty well off – you seem to be oblivious of how to manage the dynamics as new people marry into your family.

Read through the terms of employment carefully – with regard to how bench, relocation and termination will apply. Ask TCS to provide in writing all aspects of their claims with details.

As an employer – TCS can ask you to relocate. The option they have in case you did not agree to re-locate is to terminate you if it was affecting them negatively – which they have not exercised. They will need to provide evidence that they have communicated to you that the salary of time spent on bench would be treated as a loan to be paid back – which was received by you and acknowledged.

Lastly you will need to head to the labour commissioner to file for redressal. So check out who can guide you through how to naviagate that. You will also need an employment certificate from TCS to certify that you worked with them and resigned on whatever date – to help in case you have a new job in the pipeline.

Simply ask the RWA to install a gate that will not block your street access. You can install a barrier or a collapsible gate that will not open the way you have shown.

The land may have been acquired and transferred by the state. Search court records for the company to get more details.

There are plenty of women who change their names after marriage. In my case every one of my education certificates has my name differently – 10, 12, degree, masters + as i have a double barrel surname which gets treated differently in each case.

If you really want a change, the effort will be worth it even if it will take time and effort.

You do not need to change the name on your marksmanship if you have the name change order.
