If you’re being forced to do so – sign and put without prejudice all rights reserved next to your sign.If a contractual clause is against the law, it doesn’t matter if both parties signed it. The court will still not enforce it.

SSuch clauses are not enforceable in law. You cannot be restrained from working.But you cannot poach a client.
SAssuming she is misusing the law against you, this is what you should do:
1. If she lives in Delhi you file the case in Mumbai as part cause of action arose here. Make her run.
2. File a suit for recovery.
3. File a suit for defamation in Bombay. Ask for damages and injunction.
4. File FIR for cheating, criminal breach of trust and for filing false case.Act fast. Make her regret ever meeting you.
SI’m going to look at this objectively.Assuming that everything you have said is right – imminent threat to life, theft, assault, creating public nuisance, failure of state machinery, wrongful confinement by Chairman. 4. Take photos of the ‘kuda’ (probably you meant garbage) that she has thrown in front of your house.You file a civil case for tort of public nuisance against her requesting the court to injunct her from creating nuisance in the future.
As far as the shopkeeper is concerned, he gotta make his own case. What you can do at best is try and register FIR as a witness to a crime.
Third write a letter to the neighbour and seek information that before renting did he conduct a verification as is required. In fact your RWA should be writing this to the owner of the house.
