Legal and anonymous don’t go hand in hand.

An NGO might be the only way then.

Contact state commision for women. Call NGOs in your area. Call cops.

The easiest is to claim your own insurance for repairs, then the second easiest is to file charges with cops and hole they “settle” by giving your brother damages.

              Thrid party claims take forever.

Would advice giving your statement through video call. That is acceptable by courts.

                  Goddamn.

I’m sorry for what you’re going through.

If you have so many ongoing cases you should have a lawyer or more and generally it is the lawyers onus to do this research.

I hope you get the help and support you’re looking for

Nope. What you’re doing is straight up illegal.

If general harassment from the municipal authority is rampant in your area then you will be harassed too.

If the municipality is not very active about such things then sure – you may live peacefully.

But do understand that it is illegal.

Worst case scenario is you getting a notice to demolish the rooms.
Best case scenario is the relevant department people will take some bribes and let you go.

Not just a receipt, you need a quotation. Total charges and with breakup.

                        Never pay full sum

Please get in writing from the lawyer the full fee and court fee and misc costs with breakup.

Refuse to pay further without having written contract.
If lawyer absconds or is rude after you ask him for his fee in writing then you can and should complain to the bar council

Is the circle rate / government rate for your property 1.3 Cr? Or is this the “market rrate”

The white value you receiving has to match the circle rate of the area as government registry will happen at this price.

I’m not the law nor am I the courts.

As a random stranger on the internet who has dealt with similar allegations I can give you my two cents. I dont mean to fight you nor are you obligated to pay heed to me.

Principally I agree with you in regards to not just bhang but also other socially and culturally accepted usage of substances.

But sadly the reality of the situation is that there are serious allegations against you by the cops. And you will have to fight the case in a very biased court of law. You either come from enough financial and social privilege that you bribe your way out of this or you will end up on the receiving end of punishments as per the law.

It’s still drugs even if it is being sold in packets at panwaris.

Why leave such a massive paoer trail with online payments in the first place buddy
And even worse to tell the cops straight up about your drug use.

You need to lawyer up asap. You may have to go to prison and pay a fine. If this is your first serious offence then chances are you may not be sent to prison but have to do compulsory community service. Or maybe like a 6-12 week jail term.

Your argument that NDPS makes bhang legal is not the complete truth.

Interstate sale and purchase is still illegal.

Drugs is a state subject you may have flouted state laws. Then there is the angle of excise which is a separate offence.

There are also limits regarding what is considered commercial quantity and an argument can be made in court that multiple shipments should be added to concluded the total weight. As far as I remember under IPC (not sure abiut BNS) the commercials quantity for charas and ganja was 2 grams.
