I follow amish aggarwala on ytb speaks a lot about these stuff and how to handle them, then Legal Shots that breakdown legal judgements (not just matrimonial) and shows what was the case, and what judgement the court made using which laws, how they interpreted it, etc.UYeah i was confused too. Maybe the author of the post means that if you give the said documents while filling for rcr or divorce, the decision for interim amount would be done immediately and the husband may not get to put his side of argument before the said decision is made by the court?
