March 25, 2025 at 12:51 pmYou want to outrage and not get any legal perspective.Adultery is grounds for divorce. Alimony is for maintenance and a share in the wealth generated during the partnership. Without being in the shoes of the couple, no one can tell the reasons for distancing and breakups and flings.
In this specific case there are a bunch of tweets by a man. Legally they amount to nothing since the facts are to be proved in a court of law under the rules of evidence.

March 23, 2025 at 8:25 amThere is nothing like TDS free. Deduction of TDS is mandatory and if someone pays any amount to the government on your behalf, the amount will be treated as income in your hands. For the rest of your claims , without the details of the correspondence between you and the platform no one can express an opinion.
To allege wrongdoing by anyone you must be able to prove that it is not an unreasonable conclusion based on the facts in your possession as on the date of the accusation.
Finally, residents of some states cannot participate in these platforms . If you are a resident of any of these states you’re out of luck.

March 20, 2025 at 10:16 amWithout knowing the rules it’s impossible to comment. If WFH was disallowed, it’s disallowed. If attendance is based on signing in at X location, non singing will mean absence.
Is the manager allowed to approve WFH ? He may not as per regulations have the authority to grant it.
It’s also possible that HR wants to clamp down on WFH and you’re the sacrificial lamb.

March 20, 2025 at 6:43 amCrimes have designated punishments. Crimes also have a standard of proof. It’s the policeman’s duty to understand the standard of proof and prepare accordingly. The prosecution can only present the case as built by the policeman and the defence can only argue against the standard of proof. If the facts and processes are airtight , conviction is guaranteed. Quantum of the sentence also depends on the solidity of the case.
All this assuming no corruption anywhere(a mighty assumption in India) . However any corrupt actor in the chain can derail the processes whether the policeman, the prosecutor, the defence lawyer or the judge. The issue then is not that the process is wrong but that it’s subverted illegally.

March 17, 2025 at 11:55 amLMAO, there’s no legal remedy for illegal activities. There’s something called the “clean hands doctrine”.
Under the Indian Contract Act of 1872, an agreement is considered illegal and void if its object or consideration is unlawful, meaning it’s against the law, public policy, or involves fraud or injury, and therefore unenforceable in court.ย

March 17, 2025 at 11:43 amA witness is only affirming that the signature is genuine. The notary is also affirming the same.Neither the notary nor the witness can affirm the contents of an affidavit nor express any opinion on the veracity.
An affidavit is a solemn assertion that a fact is true and the notary has signed saying that you have asserted the same in his presence.
How can a witness add any strength to this?
