A lot of missing information here, are you claiming ownership?

You have a lot on your plate.

Assuming you and your spouse are Hindu, and that consent terms are already in place a mutual divorce should not take more than 6-8 months, if you apply and get the waiver of the mandatory 6-month cooling period then it can be reduced to 2-3 months max with 3-4 hearings.

I would advise you to consult a few local lawyers in bengaluru, ask them if you can appear through Video Conference after the filing is done and how they can help with filing of this. You will have to come down to India atleast once, because the Family Courts Act does not permit you to be represented by a lawyer as a matter of right, you must apply for legal assistance, your application will be allowed and then your lawyer can appear for you.

Depends on a lot of things, most importantly in whose name the house is; whether it was ancestral or self-acquired property – multiple other considerations would also apply.

Generally speaking tax recovery can only be made from the person, and from his estate (whatever he left behind at the time of his death) and not from his family members.
Consult a Chartered Accountant to see through the accounts and understand the case better. In case of tax recovery courts aren’t generally involved, and most of the process is done through the GST portal itself.

The agency must have been a partnership, and it either ended when the business was closed or your uncle died (whichever was earlier), but labour laws can enable persons to sue even after that.
Read the notice carefully, which authority has sent it and consult a local lawyer based on that.

Check out your district consumer forum, you should be able to get the format of a complaint and some guidance from the staff.
Relatively simple process compared to courts.

If you have retained the receipt of payment, you can file a complaint before the district consumer forum.

Your father’s legal heirs (widow, children and mother, assuming you are Hindu) will have to be added on record and the case will continue as it is.
Would recommend you hire a good local lawyer to look into the record and advice you further, as property suits require a detailed study of all documents.

There isn’t an exact legal method to go ahead, but there are ways to legally distance yourself.
However would recommend you look after yourself first and foremost.

Generally name is mutated in the revenue records, you will need to make an application with a certified copy of the court order in your favour to get your name on record.
No objection would generally not be required.
Public Prosecutor is a post given to government lawyers, and they generally are exclusively engaged in fighting criminal cases, so no connection with a land dispute as such.
If you had engaged a lawyer earlier to fight your case, proceed with them and ask them about the process.
